The Bahrain International circuit is located just south of Bahrain’s capital, Manama, and can easily be reached by car and air.

The circuit is a 30-minute drive from Bahrain International Airport in Muharraq. This airport is the fastest growing airport in the Gulf region and includes first-class facilities and amenities for the traveller. Roughly 40 airlines service the airport, with international connections to most major cities in the world.

It is easy to reach the circuit from the airport by car; from the Khalifa Al Kabeer Highway take Sh. Hamad Causeway, in the direction Manama South. After crossing the bridge turn left towards Al Fateh Highway, until the traffic junction to Sitra. Here turn left to Majils Al Tawon Highway, to Awali. From there take the Zallaq Highway towards Zallaq, turn off at Al Jazaer Beach junction and there will be signs to Bahrain International Circuit on the left.

The circuit offers a special shuttle bus service during the Grand Prix days to transport F1 fans from Bahrain International Airport to the Bahrain International Circuit. There will be 100 shuttles leaving the airport every 10 minutes (and vice versa), from 6:30 to 22:30 daily. Each shuttle can accommodate 49 passengers and those wanting to use the service must have valid tickets to the race.

For those arriving without tickets, it is possible to purchase tickets, subject to availability, at the Grand Prix Arrivals Marquee adjacent to the Arrivals Terminal at the airport. There is ample parking available at the track for those fans coming by car. On the far side of the circuit are 13 parking lots, with a capacity to accommodate thousands of vehicles.
